Delete your Sahtein Eats account
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by email.
In the app
- Open Sahtein Eats and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
By email
Can't get into the app? Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.

- Your profile: name, photo, bio and handle
- Your reviews and review photos
- Your lists, favourites, follows and blocks
- Your points and tier
- Your sign-in details and devices registered for notifications
What we keep
Payment and booking records (date, restaurant, amount, receipt number) are kept without your name or email, because tax and accounting rules require it. Bookings you've already paid for stay valid, and booking fees aren't refunded.
